This is a new way to know a bit more of when session openings show up more last minute for the next day or this week or this month, when you want to quickly check what could happen. For when you feel ready.

It’s also a way for you to decide when you’re ready to hear a bit more about my health and healing process – generally more in the current moments, but which has been ongoing at least since I was 19, and likely longer. Many of my clients and colleagues are also sensitive folks – who may have ongoing disabilities and chronic health or spiritual challenges, much like my own.

This is a place to log in – which in this first iteration is invitation only, and private, where I can enjoy sharing with you my love of words, and my love of healing. Take what connects for you, ponder what you will, and leave the rest.

I don’t particularly have the spoons / energy to use this as a place for debate or lots of research or academic discussion.

I’m here to share timing of events and sessions with me, timing of events where I teach, and maybe a few other folks I like and trust that you might also want to know or connect with.

I’ve used my body, my spirit, my mental health, and my life, as a playground for growth and change at times. And at heavier times as a somber source of exploration, contemplation, and a weathering of storms.

What I do know, without a shadow of a doubt through knowing so many wonderful and amazing and pained people in this lifetime, is that

YOU ARE NOT ALONE

WE ARE NOT ALONE.

Humor me as I age and change. I never know if today will be my last day here. But I believe my life and my learning and my hardship and my experimentation with it all has a purpose to share. I’ll continue to share as long as I’m able, and I hope you will find in you what’s ready to be shared. Sometimes we need to wait until things are ripe. Other times we can gently observe what’s still growing, or what has died and is now transforming again. May you hear your heart, be challenged, learn, and wonder about this big beautiful planet we inhabit.

There is so much to learn. There is so much to unlearn. There is so little time. And, sometimes we are lucky, and more time comes our way. Today is one of those days.
